| Iron Mind Grip Training | ||||||

| Performance training today is much more specialized then in years past, and today’s athletes are finding better ways to improve their performance. For the average Joe, a tenth of a second isn’t much, but to a world-class pistol shooter, it can be the difference between first and first looser. Several years ago, I had a student who got so hand-fatigued pressing the trigger it became almost impossible. This put me on a quest to find a better way to increase hand strength and endurance. Thanks to the Internet, I landed on the Iron Mind Web page and an obsession started. The all-steel Captains of Crush grippers are rugged, and come in strengths from 60 to 365 pounds. You even get your name on the wall of fame for closing the big ones. And the grippers are just the tip of the iceberg. They also have other “tools” to help build strength like the “Expand Your Hand Bands” and the “Iron Mind Egg.” The gear and philosophy Iron Mind has developed for hand health and strengthening is simple and very effective. No matter what type of hand/grip or strength training needs you have, Iron Mind has the tools to make it happen. It might even help your shooting. For more info: www.Ironmind.com. |
